Google Apps — it’s not just email. This is a set of functional collaboration services, whose task is to increase the productivity and efficiency of the daily workflow of users. Therefore, if you want your investment in Google Apps to be paid off more quickly, it is not enough just to reconfigure the user’s email client to Google.

That’s why user training is an important part of the project for the transition to Google Apps.

Training Objectives

  • Tell users about the basic services of Google Apps, show «live» work with them.
  • Develop a positive attitude to the new solution, while users prepare for the upcoming transition.
  • Explain what benefits the new solution will provide directly to the user.


Typically, trainings are conducted at the customer’s site, and are held in groups of up to 20 people. Specialists of Swedbyte conduct a short presentation, after which most of the time is devoted to directly demonstrate the operation of the services using a live example. Training ends with a question and answer session. Basic training usually lasts 1.5 — 2 hours.
